When Will My Order Ship?
Orders will ship within 5-7 business days of being placed.
How is My Order Shipped?
All orders will be shipped in recycled boxes and compostable packaging. They will all be safely packed by our team to make sure there is no damage during the shipment process. Orders ship via USPS.
Policy for Stolen or Lost Orders?
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen orders through the shipping process. It is the buyers responsibility to create a missing mail/package form through the USPS.
Do you repair broken Jewelry?
We will only repair items that arrive damaged or that are damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged order please contact the shop within 3 business days with photos of your order on hand and we will gladly help.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final as soon as products are shipped. For sanitation and health reasons, we cannot accept returns once the products have been opened. If an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 3 business days.
How do I care for my Jewelry?
All earrings age and tarnish, so we recommend cleaning your earrings with a clean, dry microfiber cloth. We never recommend using soap or water on your earrings as that can make them wear away faster. Do not use soap or water on acrylic.
Can I request different earring hardwear?

Hardwear type will vary depending on which product you are ordering. Hardwear type will be specified on each individual product page. We do not offer different hardwear upon request at this time, but this may change as we grow!
